Personal assistant to Regional Director/Board Member
Knauf, a global leader in building materials, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the General Director in Latvia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a renowned international company.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Full support in organizing and maintaining the General Director’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Travel Coordination: Booking tickets, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth logistics for business trips.
- Preparation of materials: reports presentations, and briefing materials;
- Liaise with stakeholders: internal and external, including senior managers and partners;
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Document Translation: Translating documents and correspondence as needed.
- Administrative Support: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the General Director’s work runs efficiently.
Requirements
- Languages: Proficiency in English, German, and Latvian is essential. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience: Previous experience of 8-10 years in a similar role is preferred.
