Expansion of a customer segment for Knauf’s Aquapanel sales organization in Baltics. The customer segments are the investors and architects (planners). This role will contribute to the pre-sales part of Knauf’s sales process and will drive Knauf’s Aquapanel specification output and the project related sales.

Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain pre-sales expertise with architects and specifiers;
Provide technical support to installers and constructors;
Provide customer specific expertise, consultation regarding the local market driving trends such as norms, regulations, BIM or specific industry solutions;
Specify Aquapanel solutions and products that comply with local norms and regulations;
Develop, increase and maintain Knauf’s project pipeline and provide project specific know-how and consultation to project participants.
Construction project management and follow up on all possible project participants within the pre-sales process;
Continuous cooperation with local sales team and further departments such as marketing, product management to secure the project related sales;
Continuous maintenance of Knauf’s project database with all project and customer relevant figures, information and data;
Planning and execution of customer events such as Knauf in house trainings, lunch seminars and such;
Participation in industry typical events like fares and congresses;
Continuous market-/ competitor monitoring and competitors’ solutions / product analysis.
Provide recommendations to the Product Management based on customer feedbacks and needs.

If you fulfil the following requirements – it would be an added advantage:
- Education: University or College Degree in Engineering or Architecture or Business;
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical sales, demonstrated success in managing product groups, including strategic planning, lifecycle management, and achieving business objectives;
- Market Expertise: A deep understanding of the façade market or similar product types, enabling you to navigate industry trends and drive innovation;
- Language: Fluent in Latvian and English;
- Monthly salary from 3000 - 3500 euro Gross;
- Company car and all equipment for productive sales work.
